Login Troubleshooting Guide

Many common problems logging in can be solved using this troubleshooting guide.

I forgot my username or password.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, there are several things you can do. First, look to see if you have saved a copy of your "Welcome" message or Registration Confirmation. If you still have any of these email messages, your original username and password will be located in these messages.

If you do not have these messages OR you've changed your password since then, you can use the Password Reminder function to have your username and password emailed to you. Just click on the "Password Reminder" link on the right side of this page.

I know I have the right password, but it isn't working.
Check your CAPSLOCK key on your keyboard. Passwords are case sensitive - if you are typing your password with different letter case it will not be recognized as the correct password. For example: MYPASS, mypass, and MyPass are all three "different" passwords.

Be sure that you are not entering spaces or special characters in your username and password.

Check your Browser Configuration
Make sure your browser is configured correctly to allow you to login. Click Check Your Browser Settings to automatically check your browser settings.
